Process Designer - CLM & S2P

Experience: 5-8 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Designer with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes to drive process transformation, optimization, and business process design initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong BPM capabilities, experience in process mapping and redesign, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to implement scalable, efficient, and compliant operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Transformation

• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end CLM and S2P business processes.
• Lead process discovery, assessment, gap analysis, and future-state process design initiatives.
• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and operating models using BPM methodologies.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure process designs align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Partner with procurement, legal, finance, operations, and technology teams to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and design sessions with key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional process designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Support change management and user adoption activities during transformation programs.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Define process standards, controls, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive process compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support the development of process documentation and knowledge management assets.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Deep understanding of procurement, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, and invoice-to-pay processes.
• Experience supporting process transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Business Process Management

• Expertise in BPM methodologies, process mapping, process modeling, and process reengineering.
• Hands-on experience with process documentation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.

Stakeholder & Consulting Skills

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work across business and technology teams to drive process alignment and adoption.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and business process consulting.

Good to Have

• Experience with Sirion , SAP Ariba , or Icertis platforms.
• Exposure to CLM platform implementation, configuration, or process enablement initiatives.
• Knowledge of procurement transformation and digital contracting solutions.
