Fellows are paired with experienced supervisors within the Fellowship Department who provide guidance on BACB clinical requirements and current examination content.Program highlights include:Streamlined curriculum aligned with current BACB regulations and exam content outlinesSupervision from experienced clinical leaders and onsite teamsOpportunities to accrue restricted and unrestricted fieldwork hoursOngoing mentorship and professional development supportEarly Mentoring Program:The Early Mentoring Program is designed for fellows who are within approximately six months of sitting for the BCBA exam and/or have completed 1,500–2,000 fieldwork hours.
