Data Analytics Developer

The Data Analytics Developer role at Motion Recruitment focuses on building and maintaining ETL and data ingestion workflows. The position involves end-to-end ownership across ingestion, transformation, migration, and governance, with an onsite work location in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS and Talend Write complex SQL queries to support data transformation and validation Perform data migrations between systems while ensuring data integrity Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability Partner with internal and external stakeholders to onboard new customer data sets Ensure data quality , governance , and compliance standards are met Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics development Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and Talend Experience building data pipelines and ingestion workflows Proven experience in data migration projects Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Technologies SQL , SSIS , Talend AWS , Apache Airflow , Python Desired Skills & Experience Experience with cloud platforms including AWS Familiarity with data orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation Understanding of data governance and security best practices Experience in the healthcare domain or other regulated industries Benefits Bonus eligible Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Vacation Time Stock Options Additional Information Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite) Experience level: 3+ years #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment
