F2F interview

Technical Requirements

Recent, hands-on MongoDB experience is now a requirement.

The client is looking for candidates who have actively worked with MongoDB in their most recent roles-not just exposure or familiarity.

Recent and consistent mortgage domain experience is also required.

This should be clearly reflected throughout the candidate's resume.

Experience supporting Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

The client is looking for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership qualities and can think independently.

They want candidates who can bring ideas to the table, solve problems proactively, and work with minimal direction and not someone who simply executes assigned tasks

Requirements

8 10 years of professional experience in data modeling and database design
Recent, hands-on MongoDB experience is now a requirement.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing complex queries for performance
Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Snowflake
Strong expertise in JSON data modeling and handling semi-structured data formats
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline development
Financial services domain knowledge or experience working with financial data structures
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
