Scaffold E&D Foreman 1

Scaffold E&D Foreman 1 Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Scaffold E&D Foreman who will design various types of scaffolds, order materials as required to maintain workflow, and document all necessary paperwork such as delivery/pick‑up tickets, timesheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s, and scaffold inspection checklists. The Foreman will mentor and coach Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenters, supervise a crew of up to three Lead Carpenters, and ensure that scaffold erection and dismantling are performed safely and within the limits of the OSHA rules and scaffold load specifications. Design scaffolds to meet project specifications. Order necessary materials and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation for all scaffold activities. Provide mentorship and coaching to Lead Carpenters. Supervise up to three Lead Carpenters and their crews. Verify compliance with OSHA scaffolding regulations. Ensure scaffolding load limits are not exceeded. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years as a Scaffold E&D Lead Carpenter or equivalent experience. Some trade school education preferred but not required. Valid driver's license. Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights. Bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Demands The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 40 pounds or more, and may involve working indoors or outdoors as required. Base Pay Range $23.52 – $29.40 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and other factors).
