Senior Relationship Officer
Serve as the primary relationship professional and senior advisor to select client families, coordinating investment management, tax and estate planning, wealth planning, fiduciary administration, and bespoke family office services.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client families and provide proactive guidance based on their finances, estate plans, family dynamics, and goals
Coordinate with legal, tax, and investment advisors on estate, tax, and wealth-transfer planning, and oversee implementation
Oversee fiduciary administration, including first-level review of discretionary distributions, and lead estate administration
Manage financial matters such as reporting, cash flow, liquidity, budgets, and tax-compliance coordination
Identify and mitigate legal, financial, operational, reputational, and fiduciary risks
Support business development, client retention, and internal review committees
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; J.D. or CPA required
10+ years of client-facing experience
Experience with complex fiduciary, estate, tax, and wealth-planning matters
Boutique firm experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
