Primary Purpose of the Organization:


Located within the Broadwell College of Business and Economics . The Center for ERP and Advanced Analytics (CERPAA) supports workforce development, professional education, military-connected learners, industry engagement, and enterprise technology education through ERP, SAP, analytics, and related programs.

Primary Purpose of the Position:


The CERPAA Military Outreach and Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for supporting CERPAA recruitment and enrollment growth through Fort Bragg and military-community outreach, prospective-student engagement and follow-up, enrollment pipeline management, applicant support, career-fair participation, social-media outreach, and performance reporting.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in recruitment, outreach, enrollment management, workforce development, military transition services, customer relationship management, or a related area.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to conduct presentations and outreach activities;
• Experience with prospect follow-up and pipeline management;
• Ability to maintain accurate recruitment records and produce performance reports;
• Familiarity with CRM, social media, and digital communication tools;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military or veteran-community experience; familiarity with Fort Bragg transition programs;
• Experience with higher-education or workforce-program recruitment;
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP programs; CRM and marketing-automation experience;
• Experience working with military-connected adult learners.
