Property Maintenance Supervisor - Grounds & Units Lead

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 1400 Wabash community in Chicago. You will supervise and perform technical maintenance, respond to resident work orders, and manage make-ready tasks to prepare units for leasing. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and high standards across grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas. The role requires OSHA awareness, EPA HVAC certifications, and experience in property management maintenance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greystar
