Electrical Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift, typically 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays Compensation: $46–$50/hr, with expected annual income before bonuses of approximately $95K–$125K, plus profit-sharing bonus averaging 15–20% A Fortune 100 steel manufacturer is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join one of their divisions in Laurens, SC. This role emphasizes supporting plant operations, equipment reliability, and long-term maintenance team growth. What You’ll Do As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls systems. You will work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to reduce downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient plant operations.
