Job Description

The driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and reliable transportation services for guests, team members, and hotel operations as assigned, ensuring a welcoming and professional transportation experience while maintaining vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.

What you'll get to do:

• Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from designated locations, including airports, local attractions, and property-related destinations
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and assist with entering and exiting the vehicle
• Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of assigned vehicles at all times
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning

Skills and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Previous driving or hospitality transportation experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of local area roads, attractions, and routes preferred
• Ability to safely operate vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions
