Join our Pool Scouts team and help us turn the pool into a beautiful, stress-free zone: Scouts Honor. Pool Scouts of Wesley Chapel is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as pool technicians. No experience required, but CPO certification is preferred. If you're trustworthy and reliable, we'll train you to service our customers' swimming pools. Positions available with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour!

Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is "Perfect Pools, Scout's Honor." Pool Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, and verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We're professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers! Pool Scouts offers advancement opportunities, including year-round employment, for high-performing technicians who demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills, translating into an exceptional customer experience.

What Our Technicians Do:

• Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum & skim the pool
• Ensure a clean pool deck
• Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
• Offer best in class customer service

Job Requirements:

• Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
• Hard-working with a can-do attitude
• Reliable and demonstrate initiative
• Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
• Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
• High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required.
