SITL Emergency Operations Lead

The Workforce Group is seeking a highly organized Situation Unit Leader (SITL) to support emergency operations. This role involves monitoring, tracking, and communicating critical developments across various Emergency Response Centers (ERCs). Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management or related fields and 3 years of relevant experience. The position requires effective communication skills, knowledge of FEMA frameworks, and the ability to operate in time-sensitive situations. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
