This position can be based out of our Keene, NH plant or our Brattleboro, VT plant.Duties/Responsibilities:Provide manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup informationOptimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setupCollaborate with toolmakers to create custom work holding and cutting tool solutionsCollaborate with Process Engineers on manufacturing methods and in-process requirementsMaintain process documentation to internal and industry standardsAssist Operations team with technical support and troubleshootingPerform machine setups for particularly difficult or unproven processesObserve all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailTime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent understanding of GD&TStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work with minimal oversightAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentProficient with Cad/Cam and other software specific to manufacturingProficient with G-Code and CNC machine controlsHigh level of understanding of machining processesEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAt least three years related manufacturing experience required.Mastercam and Solidworks experience preferredG.S.
