Associate Director OF Project Management

To drive operational excellence across a portfolio of integrated healthcare marketing projects, the full-time Associate Director of Project Management will lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, oversee resource planning and budgets, and collaborate with senior account and agency leaders, with the option to work remotely or from Morristown, NJ. Key responsibilities Mentor and train Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to ensure they can effectively manage complex projects Develop schedules, budgets, and scopes of work for projects, auditing the work of other PMs for quality and compliance Serve as a strategic partner to senior account leads, engaging in high-level discussions to align business goals with project execution Required qualifications 8+ years of agency experience managing projects, particularly in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts Proven management experience with a focus on developing PM staff careers Strong client-facing skills and comfort interacting with senior agency leaders Knowledge of marketing and advertising for US and global pharmaceutical brands, including Medical Legal Submission requirements Experience with agile methodologies and managing multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams
