Based in Delafield, WI, Rigsby merges innovative project planning, cutting-edge technology, and top-tier craftsmanship to deliver exceptional quality and client satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Kitchen and Bath Designer based in Oconomowoc, WI, to manage and operate our New "RESERVE Cabinet Design Studio" open to Clients, Design Professionals and Contractors. Responsibilities include creating detailed and functional kitchen and bath designs, consulting with Design Professionals, Contractors and Clients to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, managing marketing, and overseeing cabinetry selection and sales processes. The designer will collaborate with Design Professionals, Contractors and Clients and team members to deliver successful projects that balance creativity, functionality, and budget considerations.QualificationsExperience in Custom Kitchen & Bath Design, with strong attention to detail and functionalityNKBA Certifications a plusStrong knowledge of the difference in Custom , Semi-Custom and Box Cabinetry.
