Job Summary
Join the Stellar Roofing & Restorations team as a Roofing Sales Representative! We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and aren’t afraid to work outdoors. Your role will be to generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, meet with homeowners, perform roof and property inspections, identify damage, educate homeowners on their roofing needs, and help guide them through the roofing project from start to finish.

This position requires the ability to safely climb ladders and walk on residential roofs. No roofing experience is required we provide comprehensive training. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and want to earn uncapped commission while building valuable sales skills with opportunities for advancement, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities 

• Generate leads typically through door to door knocking and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Available to work outdoors and climb roofs
• Reliable transportation
