Pricing Manager

Repligen seeks a Pricing Manager to develop and execute global pricing strategies across its bioprocessing product portfolio. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth, improve price realization, and leverage data-driven analytics to optimize pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize revenue, margin, and customer value
- Manage pricing elements of customer contracts including price schedules, rebates, volume commitments, and renewal terms
- Perform financial analysis and profitability modeling to support pricing decisions on enterprise agreements
- Monitor market conditions, competitive pricing trends, and customer willingness to pay
- Create financial models, ROI calculators, and value communication tools for commercial teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Excellence, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing pricing strategies in B2B environments
- Experience with contract pricing, deal desk operations, and pricing governance processes
- Proficiency in value-based pricing methodologies and pricing analytics tools
- Track record of driving revenue growth and margin expansion through pricing initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Compensation: $116,000 - $175,000 base
