Compensation - $20.60/hr, paid on a weekly basis Growth Opportunities - Flex workers are eligible for full-time work after a 90-day probationary period and based on availability. What You’ll Do Pick & Pack Deliveries – Safely handle receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of parts and supplies. Scan & Update – Use handheld scanners to log and manage inventory in real time. Operate Warehouse “Vehicles” – Learn to drive cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, or overhead cranes (where available) Prime & Prep – Use pneumatic and power tools to build crates and apply rust-preventative coatings. Clean On-the-Go – Perform ongoing housekeeping to keep the workspace organized and safe. What You Bring: Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed. Team Mentality: Time Management: Reliable, on-time attendance record; Ability to efficiently reach productivity goals. Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas. Thoroughness: The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve months in previous employment Agility: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
