Volt is immediately hiring Hardware Engineer in Fremont, California 94538 As an Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer.
• Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely.
• Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause.
• Manage and guide the transition of products into production.
• Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process.
• Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction

This is a Fulltime / contract to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS, MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in server/storage /PC hardware architecture.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and communication skills.
• Experience working in manufacturing and product development role.
• Ability to use scope to debug.
• Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable.

Pay Range: $38.00/hr. to $47.00/hr.

Shift: 1 st Shift

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
