Position Summary
The Pension Coordinator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue. Additional responsibilities will include scanning and electronically documenting management functions.
Hybrid Work Model The Pension Coordinator is required to report to the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm EST.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge Of: Phone etiquette, 1 yr customer service, Microsoft Office products.
Skill In: Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability To:
- Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge Of: Call Center and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language.
Skill In: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
