Now Hiring: Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time or Full-Time)

We're looking for a dependable, professional, and friendly Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on experience, skill level, and availability. If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and take pride in being reliable and punctual, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Assisting customers with billing questions and processing payments
• Completing forms and customer questionnaires
• Outbound calling to prospective customers
• General office support and administrative tasks
• Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

What We're Looking For:

• Professional, positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Phone or customer service experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Insurance license is not required
