*Earn +$2 per hour when operating the order picker!! Note: Not all shifts will have openings at the same time. There is a question on the application that will ask you about your general availability, and we will do our best to use your answers there to match you up with an open shift that works for you.

Our fulfillment team members will:

• Learn: you will be cross-trained to perform daily activities across our receiving, shipping, and inventory control departments. This includes training on various machinery such as mechanical order pickers and pallet jacks, unloading and verifying shipment contents, scanning products into our inventory software and properly storing them, picking products, weighing and labeling shipments, and reporting on delivery schedules.
• Support: you will occasionally be called to support our returns team, pull products for our media and content teams video shoots, process employee purchases, and work with our rider support team (customer service) to prevent mis-shipments.
• Sweat the details: you will identify receiving discrepancies, monitor on-time deliveries and report shipping delays, perform cycle count audits, reconcile reports to reduce mis-shipments, and examine products for damage at each step of the pick/pack/ship workflow. You will be a problem solver, analyzing and getting to the root of these issues and using your findings to support process improvement.
• Improve processes: notice something isn't quite right? Communicate it to the leadership team. We want you to work with your team lead to voice your concerns and ideas on how we can improve.

We thrive on open communication and use communication tools like Slack and Gmail. You will be someone who is digitally savvy, you are used to using these types of tools and technologies.
