Bausch + Lomb seeks a Regional Account Manager for Payor Strategy to secure and optimize coverage, coding, and reimbursement for Surgical Glaucoma products across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid. You will establish relationships with medical directors and state agencies, drive payer policy, and enable provider adoption. The role requires extensive field engagement (30%–50%), travel across regions, and collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, and HUB teams to educate physicians and #J-18808-Ljbffr Bausch + Lomb
