Perform multiple tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, checking clients in, tracking Center engagement, and maintaining client records. Hold clients accountable to their agreed-upon services and memberships. Introduce, promote, and sell retail products to clients. Greet clients warmly and provide information on services and products. Process payments and manage client feedback. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a consultative sales environment. Proficiency in business software platforms (Zenoti). Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
