**Exciting Opportunity for an Occupational Therapist!** Join a dynamic team providing exceptional occupational therapy services to a culturally rich community! As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of patients with developmental, cognitive, mental, emotional, and physical disabilities. **Job Description:** - Provide quality occupational therapy services to a diverse, predominantly Native American population - Collaborate with physicians to determine treatment plans and set realistic goals based on patient evaluations - Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation/test results for patients ranging from birth to geriatrics - Document patient care in electronic health records (EHR) and track progress through observation - Tailor therapy to promote maximum independence and meet patient-specific goals and needs - Maintain the organization and operation of the outpatient and inpatient Occupational Therapy program - Deliver specialty services including custom orthoses, sensory integration, cognitive treatment, and activities of daily living - Support specialty clinics, such as Spinal Cord, Functional, Geriatric, and Assistive Technology clinics - Contribute to the development of quality improvement and risk management initiatives - Ensure compliance with federal and state occupational therapy requirements and adherence to ethical standards - Provide training and in-service education for staff and students - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers - Maintain Medical Staff Credentialing Core Privileges **Necessary Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program - Valid, current, and unrestricted occupational therapy license in Arizona or eligible for licensure - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist with strong orthopedic skills **Shift Information:** - Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
