Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) role. Responsibilities Include Providing individualized, age-specific nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs. Assessing patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety, and discharge planning needs. Developing and individualizing care plans, setting realistic patient outcome goals, and incorporating patient and family input. Implementing medical and nursing orders, evaluating care quality, and participating in hourly rounding. Supervising and delegating tasks to healthcare team members, and sometimes acting as shift supervisor. Ensuring safety guidelines and safe work practices are followed. Qualifications And Skills Required Current RN license in the state, CPR, and ACLS certifications as applicable. Effective interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Preferred: BSN, at least one year of acute care experience, and specialty certifications. Additional Requirements Include Experience with neonatal ventilators for Level III NICU, or advanced fetal monitoring for L&D. Specialized training or certifications in bariatrics, wound care, or relevant practice areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
