Are you a seasoned Labor & Delivery nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care in a dynamic environment? Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated and experienced L&D nurse to join their team in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

As a Labor & Delivery nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting mothers and their newborns during one of the most important times in their lives. Your ability to circulate in the OR and experience with EPIC charting will be essential in this role. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, confidence, and quick decision-making skills.

• Provide comprehensive care in a Level 1 birthing center with 13 beds
• Support 100 deliveries per month, ensuring adherence to AWHONN guidelines
• Circulate in the OR and assist with LDRP and MBC care
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and efficient charting
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
• Manage labor processes independently, with no midwives or midlevels present
• Adapt to floating requirements across L&D, Postpartum, PACU, and OR

Requirements:

• Need 3 years experience in setting
• Minimum of 3 travel assignments completed
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Advanced AWHONN
• Experience with EPIC charting and comfortable with circulating in the OR
• Strong skills in LDRP and MBC environments
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
