We’re hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and motivated entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience and a clear path toward leadership.

No management, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and leadership development from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients and brands at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns

• Engage with customers and create positive experiences

• Support event marketing, sales, and customer acquisition campaigns

• Build customer relationships and develop communication skills

• Participate in training, team meetings, and leadership development

• Work with a team to achieve daily goals

• Learn to train, coach, and support new team members

• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow

Paid Training & Management Development

No previous management experience? No problem — we provide the training.

You’ll receive hands-on development in:
