Specific Responsibilities

• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parking vehicles
• Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
• Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions
• Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
• Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

This is a seasonal part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Weekend availability required.
• The ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift and to lift up to 50 pounds.

The hourly range for this position is $7.70 - $11.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
