Event Details Pioneer High School July 7th-8th, 10 AM to 2 PM. Compensation & Benefits Immediately Hiring! Free company uniform Offering a $300 bonus for employees who work ALL games! Requirements Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred and A Can Do Attitude! Job Duties & Responsibilities Screening of event traffic as assigned. Processing of event passes, credit card transactions as assigned. Direction of event traffic as assigned. Setup/tear down of all event signage and equipment. Ensuring that all facilities are swept free of debris following the completing of an event. Customer Service Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed or refer the situation to a supervisor for resolution. Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service. Understand how to handle the different types of customers and where to direct them. Skills Adhere to dress code – Must be able to work outside in any weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) and be able to continuously stand for extended periods of time (3-6 hours). Follow all safety standards. Communicate with management, supervisors and traffic directors. Expedite the traffic flow in a timely fashion. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. Must be open to feedback, differing opinions and other points of view. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Demonstrate the ability to seek improvement. Excellent teambuilding and interpersonal skills. Experience 2+ years in a customer service role Experience handling cash, conducting monetary transactions. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions preferred. Other Assigned Duties Reporting of all incidents in accordance with company policies Physical Demands Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time. Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift. Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to work all Events as scheduled.
