Team-oriented manufacturing plant as an Inside Construction Teammate. In this role, you will work with a dynamic team to build high-quality sheds, cabins, and outdoor structures from the ground up.
Skills and Experience
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!! WE PROVIDE FULL TRAINING No prior manufacturing or carpentry experience is required. The Tape Measure Test: You must be able to accurately read a tape measure. A quick, simple test will be administered during your interview. Rock-Solid Attendance: Reliability is our top priority. You must be on time every day. Framing & Carpentry: Measure, cut, and frame wood structures according to specifications. Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently use hand tools, power drills, miter saws, and pneumatic nail guns. Finishing Work: Install siding, roofing panels, shingles, doors, and trim. Team Support: Assist with painting, staining, and moving lumber/materials as needed
