Team Member Opportunity

As a team member, you will add value to the restaurant in so many ways -- welcome and greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter, drive-thru, or in the kitchen, maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy helping and serving others. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful team members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant. Important note for front of house team members: This job requires you to work outside during all seasons and in all weather conditions.

Expectations and requirements (front of house):

Expectations and requirements (back of house):

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to restaurant leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
