Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to patients. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering targeted interventions to improve functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to establish appropriate therapy goals.

  Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient-specific requirements and industry standards.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to enhance patients' independence and quality of life.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with all facility policies and industry regulations throughout clinical practice.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold valid state or federal professional licensing as an Occupational Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate previous experience in providing occupational therapy services.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Be able to bring valid identification and wear a photo badge at all times during shifts.
