Our pediatric practice in the beautiful Seacoast region of New Hampshire is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our inter-disciplinary team. We are committed to providing the highest quality, family-centered, and fully integrated care to our community's youngest residents, from infancy through young adulthood. About The Role As a Pediatric Psychiatrist with Core Physicians, you'll be a vital part of an integrated healthcare team. You'll work closely with Primary Care, nursing, care managers, and behavioral health clinicians to provide comprehensive medical and behavioral care. This includes: Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric patients (ages 0-22) Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with a variety of complex psychiatric conditions Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications Provide weekly Collaborative Care Management caseload consultation to behavioral health care managers Provide telephonic or electronic case consultation with primary care providers on patient care plans and treatment decisions, offering psychiatric expertise and guidance Qualifications and Skills We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about pediatric mental health and thrives in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will have: Completed training at an accredited medical college/university with Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) Board-certification, or board-eligibility, in pediatric psychiatry Experience in Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) or liaison psychiatry Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting Ability to flex between outpatient and inpatient settings, as needed About The Seacoast, NH Community Living and working in the New Hampshire Seacoast offers an incredible lifestyle.
