This role drives financial performance, resident satisfaction, team engagement and sales growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The General Manager creates a culture aligned with Sunrise values, delivering exceptional care and hospitality while maximizing occupancy and revenue.What You’ll Do:• Lead overall community operations including financial performance, quality care and compliance• Own Sales & Marketing strategy to drive occupancy, revenue growth and market position• Manage P&L, budgets, labor planning and expense controls• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership teams• Drive resident and family satisfaction, engagement and retention• Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management and quality assurance programs• Partner with Sales leadership to advance leads and strengthen referral networks• Lead change initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and trust• Build strong community partnerships and business development relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For:• Prior General Manager/Administrator leadership experience• Strong financial and sales acumen with P&L management expertise• Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary teams• Knowledge of senior living regulations and operations• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills• Passion for serving seniors and building thriving communities• Ability to work flexible hours as neededGeneral Manager – Lead Community Operations and Team SuccessGeneral Manager | Operations Leadership | Senior Living # **Pay Range:**147,680.00 - 211,016.00*Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?* As part of our team, you will help brighten the future for everyone at Sunrise and beyond.
