Role Summary:
Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining sanitation standards, and assisting chefs during service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, cut, and portion produce, meats, and ingredients
• Prepare stocks and basic menu components per recipes
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and FIFO inventory rotation
• Operate standard kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.)
• Support line cooks during service and accommodate dietary needs
• Follow all food safety and kitchen hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and sanitation standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
