Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Buscamos un(a) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) para brindar servicios remotos de Análisis Aplicado de la Conducta (ABA) a niños y sus familias en múltiples estados. En este puesto, realizarás evaluaciones, desarrollarás y supervisarás planes de tratamiento individualizados, brindarás supervisión clínica a técnicos en conducta y colaborarás con los cuidadores para promover un progreso significativo y medible.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar evaluaciones conductuales y desarrollar planes de tratamiento ABA individualizados.
- Proporcionar supervisión clínica y orientación a los técnicos en conducta encargados de implementar los programas.
- Monitorear el progreso de los clientes y ajustar los planes de tratamiento según sea necesario.
- Colaborar con los cuidadores y equipos multidisciplinarios para apoyar los objetivos del tratamiento.
- Mantener una documentación precisa y garantizar que los servicios se brinden de acuerdo con los estándares éticos y clínicos.
Requisitos
- Certificación activa como BCBA en regla.
- Maestría en Análisis de la Conducta, Psicología, Educación o un campo relacionado.
- Se prefiere experiencia brindando servicios ABA a personas con autismo o discapacidades del desarrollo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
