Overview We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Physician to provide high-quality care to adult patients in a hospital environment. The role involves outpatient clinic work, inpatient rounding, and performing essential procedures, supporting a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence in digestive health. The position offers a flexible schedule, and the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Required Skills Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology Valid PA Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records Strong clinical skills in adult digestive health management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills Experience with advanced procedures, such as EUS or ERCP (not required) Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience in a hospital-based outpatient setting Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency Preferred Education and Experience Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution At least 1 year of post-residency clinical experience in gastroenterology Prior experience working in a hospital or acute care environment Other Requirements Must hold a valid PA medical license Must be willing to support 24-hour call coverage on a rotating basis Travel and licensure expenses will be reimbursed when applicable Credentialing process completion expected within 90 days This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable healthcare team committed to your professional growth and work-life balance.
