Support Analyst

Assisting in the monitoring and resolution of data platform issues, the full-time Support Analyst will serve as a liaison between technical and operational teams, providing analysis, technical assistance, and support coordination for business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Communicate directly with clients and management regarding production events, escalating issues as necessary and documenting after outage reports Coordinate and troubleshoot application or product-related issues by acting as a liaison between data operations, development, and infrastructure teams Document and enhance Production Support processes while generating daily status update reports for business stakeholders and leadership Required qualifications Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field preferred 0-1 year of experience in developing/supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node Windows or Linux Server environments Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access, and DB Management tools, along with proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or VB scripting Project management experience preferred Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment and troubleshoot application issues effectively
