Senior Contract Specialist

Senior Contracts Specialist M Force Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to support contract development, sourcing initiatives, and supplier management for a growing operations team in Henderson, NV. This Senior Contracts Specialist role is project-oriented and responsible for coordinating the development and execution of contract plans to ensure operational needs are met while minimizing commercial risk and supporting key project milestones. The ideal Senior Contracts Specialist will have strong experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management within a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute contract plans to support operational and project requirements Manage tender processes including RFQs and RFPs and facilitate supplier selection Identify and develop suppliers to support commercial and operational needs Draft and prepare contract documentation, letters, memoranda, and reports related to contractual actions Coordinate proposal evaluations with internal stakeholders and end-user departments Maintain and update contract registers to ensure accurate tracking and documentation Support ongoing contract management activities including award issuance and contract closeout Negotiate with suppliers to resolve contractual issues and ensure favorable terms Ensure services are procured with the best total cost of ownership, execution timeline, and quality outcomes Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, policies, and procurement guidelines Provide timely and professional service to internal departments throughout the contract lifecycle Promote safe work practices and consider safety impacts when making procurement decisions Support supplier performance improvements and maintain strong vendor relationships Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts, procurement, or supply chain roles Experience developing and managing RFQs and RFPs Experience negotiating contracts and resolving contractual conflicts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Preferred Experience Experience using Ariba sourcing or contract management systems or similar procurement tools Experience supporting large operational or project-based contracting initiatives Job Presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
