Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr What you will do as an Operations Manager Assign, prioritize, and schedule daily departmental activities while mentoring and evaluating personnel Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety across the facility Create and manage production schedules using ERP/MRP software to ensure timely delivery of products Coordinate workflow and identify cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety Drive quality outputs that exceed customer expectations and ensure compliance with ISO and QMS standards Generate reports on production performance, quality metrics, and cost analysis Ensure compliance with OSHA, HazMat, SDS, and other safety regulations while overseeing equipment and facility maintenance Maintain inventory procedures and controls, ensuring accuracy and overseeing shipping operations Plan and implement systems, projects, and procedures using lean manufacturing principles, including 80/20 and 5S tools What you need to be an Operations Manager Minimum 5 years of machining and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong familiarity with lathe, milling, and saw shop equipment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO standards, and OSHA requirements Experience with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage budgets and drive cost-efficiency Take the next step in your career and apply today!
