Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule

12-hour Days: Monday, Thursday, & Friday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, call required.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Contract Weeks: 12

Requirements

• 2 years of OR RN experience required
• Strong orthopedic experience required
• BLS & ACLS certification required
• Experience with EMR: Epic
• Active valid state license required at time of submission
• Floating to other ORs may be required
• DEGREE ACCREDITATION MUST BE ON PROFILE or 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room setting
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure appropriate patient care
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
• Assist with perioperative education and emotional support for patients
• Ensure compliance with established protocols and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
