We are looking for Lead Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced sports bar and have 8+ years handling Prep Cook responsibilities & Line Cook responsibilities leading and scheduling, making Pizza, Rolls, Wings, Burgers, Sandwiches, Frying. Good salary for the candidate with the right experience and right attitude. Additional commissions based on tenure.
SKILLS
- STRONG experience making Burgers, Sandwiches, Frying, Pizza, Rolls, Wings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, keeping self and environment clean and hygienic at all times.
- Good understanding of dietary requirements and restrictions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepping daily ingredients for cooking, including Washing, Peeling, Chopping, Dicing and Storing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Manage/Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food suppliers.
- Manage/Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to restaurant recipes and specifications.
- Manage/Assist in scheduling teams for upcoming weeks.
