Auto Sales Associate

Job Description

We are hiring an Auto Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! We are seeking motivated, driven individuals with excellent social media skills. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Promote your sales using social media platforms to connect, engage and build relationships with potential customers. Join our team to start or drive your career forward selling earning lucrative commissions and we provide Paid Training! Bilingual is a Plus.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships and identify customer needs
Guide customers through vehicle selection and test drives
Communicate and receive guidance from Finance Manager
Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth, professional handoff
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Strong negotiation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude **Team Work is Key**
Ability to build rapport with clients
