Remote Care Manager - Behavioral Health Care Coordination

Molina Healthcare Inc. Care Manager (BH) is a remote role based in Salt Lake City, UT. You will support behavioral health care coordination, work with an interdisciplinary team, and help drive integrated member care and outcomes.
Requires at least 2 years in health care, active behavioral health licensure, strong communication, and proficiency with clinical platforms and Microsoft Office. Some travel may be needed per state contracts.
