Job Description

Serpentini Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Certified Collision Center Body Technician to join our team in Tallmadge, OH. In this role, you will apply your expertise in collision repair to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside a dedicated team committed to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage and determine the scope of repair work needed
Perform collision repairs including frame straightening, metal finishing, and painting
Replace damaged parts and trim components according to manufacturer guidelines
Work with team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair progress and timelines

Requirements

Current certification as a Collision Center Body Technician
Proven experience in collision repair and bodywork
Strong knowledge of automotive materials, tools, and repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret vehicle service manuals and damage reports
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
