Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Two to five years of RN experience required; LTAC/Telemetry setting strongly preferred
• Current Missouri RN license or multi-state RN license
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Proven ability in leadership, critical thinking, and effective delegation
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
