As our Staffing Coordinator, you are the operational heartbeat — matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping daily care running smoothly. This is fast-paced, people-centered work with real impact every single day. ???? What You’ll Do
• Match caregivers with client schedules
• Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling
• Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
• Welcome and guide new caregivers
• Assist nearby offices when needed
• Help keep the care team informed and supported ???? This is active coordination work — not a passive desk role. ???? Pay & Benefits
• $14.50 – $16.00/hour + performance bonuses

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Reasonable commute to Pottsville office
• Organized and dependable
• Willingness to learn and grow
