Client Advocate

Salary Range $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly Travel Percentage Up to 25%

Location: Remote, Work from Home in one of our approved states, PST time zones only

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Advocate Representative to join our team of skilled professionals. This person must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the abilities and be able to interact with top-level executives and managers and have a passion for customer service and helping others, which is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

A day in the life of a Client Advocate:

• Act as point of contact for all communications between clients and Professional Client Tools resources.
• Responding to inquiries and concerns from existing and potential clients to achieve acceptable solutions, while complying with Professional Credit policies, practices, and procedures
• Provide regular activity and custom reporting for specific clients.
• Monitor client work queues and assist in resolving requests for documentation.
• Identify client's needs and respond by providing superior customer service and resolution.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner (i.e. by phone, in person, through written and email communication and web material, etc.)
• Other tasks, projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements/Preferences:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree preferred in a related field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience
• Two years of Customer Service and problem-solving experience
• Ability to determine the needs of our clients through effective listening and questioning skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and work independently.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent prioritizing skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
