Carpenter Helper
Brooklyn Deck and Patio
Job Description
Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking individual who is eager to learn carpentry and build a long-term career with our team.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with years of experience. We value attitude, focus, work ethic, and a genuine willingness to learn over experience.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Eager to learn and develop carpentry skills.
- Focused, hardworking, and dependable.
- Willing to take direction, accept feedback, and adapt to our methods.
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in doing things properly.
- Interested in building a long-term career in carpentry.
- Pays attention to detail and works well with a team.
- Previous carpentry experience is a plus, but not required.
About the Position:
You’ll work alongside our experienced carpenters on custom outdoor projects, including decks, fences, pergolas, and rooftop terraces.
